Terms & conditions
These terms apply to bookings made directly on Pulse Promo UK. Please read them alongside the event details before paying. You can print or save this page using your browser.
1. Who we are
Pulse Promo UK is a trading name of 7 ASPECTS LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 11176439. Registered office and correspondence address: Kinetic Business Centre, Thobald Street, Borehamwood, England, WD6 4PJ. Contact tickets@pulsepromo.uk.
2. Event details and external sellers
Check the event date, venue, admission type, price and any advertised age, identification, dress or entry requirements before booking. Where a link takes you to another ticket seller, that seller’s checkout and purchase terms apply to the transaction there. We will identify the event and booking provider on the relevant page.
3. Prices, payment and confirmation
Prices are in pounds sterling. The ticket quantity and total, including any mandatory charges, are shown before payment. Payment for direct online bookings is handled securely by SumUp. A booking is confirmed when payment is successfully verified; submitting a form or opening checkout alone does not reserve confirmed admission. We send digital ticket information to the email address supplied. Contact us if payment has completed but your ticket has not arrived, including your booking reference and payment details without your full card number.
4. Your ticket and entry
Unused individual tickets can be transferred through My tickets before the event starts. The recipient must accept using a verified account with the invited email address. Invitations expire after 48 hours or when the event starts. You can cancel a pending invitation. Acceptance moves that ticket to the recipient, replaces its QR code and leaves a transfer record in the sender’s history. Transfers are free and do not change the original payment or refund record. Used tickets cannot be transferred.
Keep your ticket QR code and booking reference private. A QR code can be used only for its valid booking and admission quantity. Each guest receives an individual numbered QR ticket. Each ticket admits one guest once, and guests in the same booking may arrive separately. Copies of an already checked-in ticket do not provide additional entry. Do not alter tickets, bypass ticket checks or sell duplicate codes.
Admission is subject to the event requirements advertised before purchase and reasonable venue safety rules. A venue may refuse entry for fraudulent tickets, threatening behaviour or failure to meet advertised entry requirements. Refund rights depend on the circumstances and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
5. Cancellation, postponement and changes
If an event is cancelled, contact us for a refund of the direct booking, including mandatory charges you paid to us. If an event is moved or rescheduled and you cannot attend, contact us to request a refund. We will explain any available alternative or transfer before you decide; you do not have to accept an alternative instead of a refund where you are entitled to one. For a material change to the advertised event, contact us so we can explain your options and applicable rights.
Send refund requests to tickets@pulsepromo.uk with your booking reference. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Bank processing times can vary. Travel, accommodation and other separately purchased costs are not part of your ticket price; this does not exclude any liability we cannot legally exclude.
6. Change of mind and mistaken bookings
Tickets for leisure events on a specified date normally do not have the statutory 14-day cooling-off right. A change of mind, inability to attend or incorrect selection does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Contact us promptly if you make a mistake; we will explain whether a correction or transfer is possible. This does not affect rights relating to cancellation, misdescription or other matters protected by law.
7. Accounts and accessibility
A buyer account is optional and guest checkout remains available. Keep your account details accurate and your password private. An account does not grant access to organiser or administrator tools. Organiser access is approved separately and limited to assigned events. Contact us before booking if you need accessibility information or adjustments, so we can check arrangements with the venue.
Organisers creating events
Approved organisers may create private drafts and submit them for admin review. Provide accurate dates, ticket benefits, guest capacity, venue information, entry rules and accessibility information. Upload genuine evidence of your authority to use the venue and obtain permission to use posters, photos and artist information. You grant Pulse Promo permission to display approved event content to promote and deliver the ticketing service. Venue contracts remain private and should exclude unrelated personal or banking details.
An event is not published and cannot accept ticket payments until Pulse Promo approves it. Approval records review of the supplied documents; it does not replace your responsibilities to the venue or guests. Paid bookings for approved organiser events are collected through Pulse Promo’s payment provider. The platform deduction is 10% of paid ticket sales, including SumUp fees, with 90% recorded as payable to the organiser. Dashboard amounts are reporting figures; payouts and any refunds are handled separately with Pulse Promo. Advertised ticket prices must include mandatory charges. Contact Pulse Promo before changing a published event, cancelling it or altering ticket benefits after sales begin.
8. Privacy and cookies
Our privacy policy explains how we use booking and account information. Our cookie policy explains optional analytics and how to change your choices. Booking or creating an account does not itself give consent to advertising cookies or marketing emails.
9. Problems and your rights
Please contact us first with any complaint and your booking reference. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care, as required by law.
English law applies, subject to the mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence. UK consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where they live. Changes to these terms apply to future bookings; they do not remove rights attached to an existing booking.
