Cookie policy
Cookies and similar storage help websites remember information on your device. We use essential sign-in cookies and browser storage for your privacy choices. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are optional and load only when you accept their respective categories. You can book as a guest or use your account without accepting optional tracking.
Essential cookies and storage
Our account sign-in cookies have names starting __Host-pulse-client. Supabase uses them to maintain a secure session and complete verification or password-reset flows. Session cookies can have a maximum lifetime of 400 days, but may be refreshed or removed earlier; signing out clears your session. Short-lived verification storage is cleared when the flow completes. Administrator sign-in may also use cookies set by its authentication provider.
pulse_cookie_choices is stored locally in your browser for up to 180 days. It records whether you accepted analytics and when you chose. This allows us to respect your choice without repeatedly asking. After expiry, we ask again. These essential functions do not require optional cookie consent.
Optional analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures public page visits, views of the All Black Event and campaign source labels. It can collect device and browser information and approximate location information. Its first-party cookies include _ga and _ga_*, normally lasting up to two years. Google may refresh their expiry during later visits.
We do not load the Google tag before consent or after you reject analytics. We do not send account pages, organiser dashboards, ticket confirmation URLs, booking references, names, phone numbers, passwords or form contents as analytics events. We strip URL query strings from reported page addresses and use only selected campaign labels. Analytics reports do not replace our sales records.
Advertising
With your separate advertising consent, Meta Pixel measures selected public page visits and views of the All Black Event. This helps attribute Facebook and Instagram campaigns and build audiences for advertising. Meta can receive the visited page address, referrer, browser and device information, IP address and advertising identifiers, including a Facebook click identifier when present. Meta may associate this activity with your Meta account and use it under its own privacy policy. Its first-party cookies include _fbp and, for some advertising visits, _fbc; these normally last up to 90 days and may be refreshed on later visits. We do not enable automatic advanced matching or automatic collection of form fields. We exclude private routes and skip the Pixel where a page address or referrer could expose an unrecognised query value or booking reference. No Google Ads advertising tag is connected; Google advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain disabled.
Changing your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or reject analytics and advertising separately at any time. Rejecting removes accessible cookies for the rejected category on this domain and reloads the page to stop any active tag. Withdrawing consent stops future collection; it does not automatically delete information already sent to Google or Meta. Contact us for information about your data rights.
Your choice applies to this browser on this site. A different device, browser or site address may require a separate choice. Browser privacy tools may prevent analytics even after you accept. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser, although blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in.
